Daniel Pearson, Broker/Owner

Daniel has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry for more than 25 years.  He first began in real estate by helping his dad build homes. He started buying rental properties in the mid 1990’s so has personal experience with owning his own rentals. He has been a licensed real estate sales associate, as well as a general contractor specializing in custom and spec homes.  Daniel is now a licensed real estate broker and a licensed Community Association Manager. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

 

Daniel’s specialty is property management, handling all the details so that owners can enjoy profits from their investments. His thorough knowledge of the industry and extensive network of contacts allows him to expertly manage every detail, from finding qualified tenants to property repairs and maintenance to accounting and bookkeeping. He can assist owners with maximizing the value of their property.

 

Honesty and integrity are the foundation of Strong Realty and define Daniel, who is an active member of his church, and involved in coaching youth sports with his three children. Daniel has been married to his wife Lynne since 1999.
